We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every piece of ethical fashion you purchase from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items with their tags attached into the reusable shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our farm warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
