INFLATION NOTICE
To achieve the best performance, it's important to properly inflate your balance ball. After initial inflation, you may need to re-inflate it one or two times to fully stretch the ball to its final size. Follow these steps: 1. Inflate the ball with air until it reaches the recommended 65 cm height. 2. Let it stand for 24 hours. 3. Deflate the ball by 50%. 4. Inflated again to the specified height.
